How we work

The Website
Check-Up Flow.

Every website engagement runs through the same clear, honest process — so you always know what’s being done, what it costs, and why. No surprises, no jargon.

AConsultation

Review & Expectations

We research the goals for your site, review the current front end, and separate the required fixes from the nice-to-haves.

BReview Site

Need vs. Want

A full audit: security, flow & styles, back-end updating and backups, SEO and marketing — mapping required changes against wanted ones.

CEstimated Costs

Reality

A detailed, plain-English cost analysis — what’s critical versus sensitive, with a clear price and time breakdown before you commit.

DAction

The Fix

We fix the critical issues, make your requested changes, and review the result together with you.

EPost Care

Reinforcement

We review results, inspect for errors, check in with you and your customers, and plan any additional changes.

Note: we are not responsible for third-party applications or costs associated with any application outside of your current web plan or package.

Common questions

Good to know.

Do you build new sites, or only maintain existing ones?

Both. We design and build new WordPress and Shopify sites from scratch, and we take over care of existing sites.

Why WordPress?

It’s flexible, widely supported, and something you can keep editing yourself. We build so your site is fast, secure, and easy to maintain.

How do you price a project?

After the review (steps A–C) you get a plain-English breakdown separating critical fixes from optional improvements, with clear price and time estimates.

What does ongoing maintenance include?

Updates, backups, security checks, small content changes, and periodic reviews for errors.

Can you also handle the design and photography?

Yes — branding, the site build, and the photography that fills it can all come from the same team. See Services.
